CRM2011: Scribe Error “LookupAccountNameW failed with error” when importing System user records.

Came across this error this morning when trying to import Systemusers from a CRM 4 instance.

The error occurs when a a user is being created but the supplied AD login details cannot be found. (i.e. deleted AD account)

The only way around this is to map it to a different AD account or to recreate the AD user (at least for the time of the import)
