Outlook Client Not Connecting to CRM

28th April 2010 / by Jonathan Nachman

Had a problem where a client was unable to connect to the CRM server via Outlook , however they were able to connect directly through Internet Explorer. Adding the CRM Server to the “Local Intranet Zone” solved this problem ! Enjoy Jonathan
